In the Graduate Programs Office, we continually support prospective students, current students, and alumni in becoming the next generation of leaders. The Graduate Programs Student Services is responsible for coordinating all of the events and programs related to the student experience. This critical role orchestrates these different events, activities and programming in support of the mission of the Fisher College of Business. Additionally, this position supports the graduate student organizations and councils and works with program directors to provide resources/programming to improve student satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; experience in a role that required relationship building to accomplish goals; experience with Microsoft Office; project management skills; communication skills; customer service skills; organizational skills; ability to multitask; ability to problem solve; attention to detail; perseverance in the face of change; self-motivated.
Event planning experience; experience in higher education and/or an understanding of the needs of adult learners; experience with OSU systems such as Carmen/Canvas (Learning Management System), eRequest, eTravel; skill in directing the work of others to achieve greater goals; skill in setting goals and objectives and devising a plan to achieve them; effective communication with all levels of management.
Target Salary: $47,500.00 - $50,000.00 Annually
