The Project Manager (PM) will be the Sr. Occupancy Specialist responsible for delivery of Occupancy Specialist requirements along with support for the Change Management program to ensure occupants are prepared and support business groups as they occupy Team Based Space (TBS). The PM will interface and engage with occupants at all levels of TBS (Leadership, WIT, Managers, Admins, IC's), Business Group leaders and key change agents, members of the RE&F team, CBRE IOS, IFM and Integrator, and other TBS supporting entities. The PM will support the CRM's in first generation TBS occupancy to ensure a successful transition as well as lead the 2nd generation TBS occupancy including reshuffles/reorgs and new occupancy.
Lead OS - "SME" for all Occupancy related issues as well as training lead for additional OS roles as workload scales up.
Single point of contact and occupant relations within TBS.
Lead and support all Gen 2 projects ensuring CM support is provided where needed
Partner with SOP team and provide additional SOP support with teams when needed on Gen 2 projects
Identify, track, mitigate and close out on space related issues related to occupant feedback to ensure a smooth transition and productivity for occupants in TBS.
Provide a smooth transition from project phase to occupancy phase.
Manage and monitor all space related matters, and coordinate services with multiple vendors and service providers.
Manage occupant related informational guides and marketing material to ensure users are educated upon occupancy of TBS.
Work closely with other suppliers to understand process requirements around service requests.
Work with supplies to ensure service requests are completed and closed out in timely manner.
Actively manage high demand situations and communicate issue resolution with suppliers and clients.
Provide Change Management support including:
Engage with occupants at all levels of the organization from project inception through delivery, providing customized change management support to ensure day 1 productivity, a smooth transition to TBS and to move individuals through the change curve as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Consult with CRM to customize key project change activities and messaging.
Develop and maintain program materials such as training documents, timelines, presentation decks, communications and project trackers.
Ensure delivery of Change Management activities per project tracking plan and ROB.
Document occupant organization pain points at project inception, develop plan to mitigate those pain points and measure progress and results.
Provide support for necessary occupant training and learning opportunities, to include engagements such as panel discussions, tours, workshops, peer conversations, etc.
Provide support to enable clear messaging, to include coordination of communications plans, vision statement, manager talking points and other components of Change Management Program.
Effectively manage sensitive or demanding conversations and situations.
Program thought leader helping to continue working on initiatives to help streamline program based on lessons learned and best practices.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Five years experience in customer and/or client relations ; or equivalent combination of education and experience desired.
