The Robotics Team leads initiatives across Office of CFO focused on automating manual processes using robotics and creating dynamic and flexible visual dashboards. Our team also serve as innovation leaders, continuously exploring opportunities to apply emerging enhanced automation techniques such as optical character recognition (OCR), machine learning (ML), matching algorithms, and natural language processing (NLP). Sitting in the center, this CoE interfaces with internal clients (LOB P&A, CFO and Controller Groups) to source ideas around robotics, enhanced automation and dashboard opportunities, run functional and technical feasibility analysis, translate the ideas into use cases and partner with Technology to deliver tangible solutions against those use cases.
Work closely with CFO business users to deep dive, identify opportunities for, & implement process automation solutions using latest robotics, enhanced automation and visualization tools
Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements are captured accurately and solutions are meeting client's needs
Manage projects by tracking and monitoring progress, risks and issues; be able to report on status and recommend corrective actions to ensure successful completion
Communicate open items, issues and deadlines clearly and effectively to stakeholders
Educate stakeholders on the robotics software development lifecycle (SDLC) framework, manage client expectations and drive the adoption and implementation of new technologies
Partner with peers on the Robotics team to provide planning and implementation support
Provide training & support for enhanced automation solutions, ranging from process creation and validation to user training
Facilitate validation sessions for automation solution implementations & process enhancements
Knowledge of any process automation software or programming (preferred Xceptor, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL) or desire to quickly learn toolsets
Willingness to learn new technologies and be an innovation driver
Team player with ability to work and interact with global teams
Knowledge or experience in agile software development and project management (JIRA, Confluence, Scrum)
Clear communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely
Ability to quickly understand process changes and associated risks & impacts
Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and presentation skills
Demonstrates leadership and ability to influence change
Bachelor's degree with a focus on Finance and/or Technology is a plus
3-5 years of experience in the field of technology, process improvement, project management or process automation
