Where the Chemistry Happens
The Supply Chain Planner II is responsible for the qualitative and quantitative planning of raw materials and finished goods. This includes managing all SAP MRP parameters used to plan the procurement of materials. This position requires a very close relationship with all Plants, the Demand Planner (who generates forecast information), Research & Development and Sales/Marketing.

Function as a key driver of the planning process by managing many of the inputs into the planning system that are used to generate production and distribution plans.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to establish a plan and drive its execution to successfully deliver results against business objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to the role.
Ability to set priorities and make decisions in a dynamic work environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
Action oriented, good problem solver, highly analytical and good math skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and/or work effectively in a team environment to achieve organizational goals.
Ability to effectively explore alternatives to reach outcomes that gain all parties support and acceptance.
Ability to assimilate and apply new job-related information that varies in complexity in a timely manner.
SAP or similar MRP planning tool experience preferred.
Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI, Power Point is preferred.
A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math or Finance is preferred, with a minimum requirement of three (3) years of logistics or supply chain experience -OR- a High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
