Administrative Coordinator - Tepper School Advancement-2013520
The Tepper School of Business is looking to hire a talented Administrative Coordinator- Advancement. As the public face of the Tepper School Advancement team, this position combines a high level of customer service and hospitality to our visitors with administrative and organizational duties in support of the individual, corporate giving and alumni relations teams. Externally, this position represents the advancement unit of the Tepper School with a high level of professionalism and discretion. This position is one of two support persons for all of Tepper Advancement.
Primary professional responsibilities:
Serves as the main point of contact for the Tepper School Advancement team.
Performs daily office administration including preparing correspondence, database management, travel plans, coordination of meetings, events, and team activities internally and managing calendars.
Maintain Advance database system.
Perform receptionist functions, directing phone calls and visitor traffic.
Assist Advancement team with multiple ongoing projects.
Maintain office area and be aware of staff appointments.
This position will also serve as the assistant to the Tepper Advancement team.
3+ years administrative support experience for a 10+ team of professionals, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records, and the ability to handle the flow of new projects from multiple sources.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent time and project management, and communication skills.
Tact and diplomacy are essential at all levels of interaction as is the ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality of information.
