TheBaylor Scott & White Health Manager Information Systems is responsible fordeveloping, directing and improving IS operations and staff. Our ManagerInformation Systems manages a core functional team of IS professionals todeliver on run-the-business operations and projects, while monitoringperformance and personal development. This role will assist respective ISDirectors and/or leadership with understanding and implementing technical andprocess standards and supporting department budget planning and management.
Theideal Manager Information Systems will be a skilled project manager withability to articulate business needs, develops detailed specifications andproject plans in conjunction with team, ensuring that milestones are met andthat end products meet customer needs/expectations Will possess excellent interpersonal, verbaland written communications skills with the ability to problem solve, and build relationshipsinternally and externally.
