CIB-Head of Global Implementations, MD-Wholesale Payments
The Global Implementation Management Executive partners with keyleaders in Sales, Product, and Technology to define, prioritize and deliverclient solutions that add value to the client, and integrate them into the J.P.Morgan infrastructure and product portfolio. The executive analyses projectrisks, costs, and benefits and makes relevant recommendations to key businessleaders. Additional responsibilities include active management ofstaffing levels, ensuring the availability of the appropriate mix of skill setsto manage the spectrum of deal types in the portfolio. This positionrequires a high level of independent decision making and judgementskills. Strong influencing skills are required to work within a matrixedenvironment, across LOB's, and success will be determined by an ability tobuild co-operative working relationships with Sales, Product, BusinessManagement, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Legal and other Service andImplementation Management groups.
Facilitate the on boarding of clientsefficiently and effectively in line with the principles established in the E2EImplementation process review. Drive a step change in the client experience, byincreasing predictability of process, further reducing cycle time, andimproving revenue realization
Lead and execute on a multi-year, multi-million dollarAutomation strategy, DataOnce, that allows clients to submit account opening,product set up, and onboarding instructions STP to reduce errors and touchpoints.
Support Sales and Product SalesSpecialist teams by engaging with, designing, creating and deliveringappropriate solutions earlier in the client prospecting/on boarding process
Nurture new and existing relationshipswith clients through the development of a partnership approach to buildingsolutions, creating additional value that positively differentiates us in themarketplace
Monitor and continually improve theclient experience as measured by Greenwich, and other Client Satisfactionindices through continued customer analysis and tracking
Support our global re-engineering andprocess management improvement efforts, by creating a pipeline of ideas forprocess simplification and standardization
Enhance the delivery of Client educationand training in market
Drive Efficiency and CostSavings
Demonstrate clear ownership of unit cost drivers, headcount controls, productivity metrics to maximize efficiencies, and to ensure the most effective use of skill set across the team
Develop, implement and measure against a regional forecasting and capacity planning model that prioritizes by deal value and complexity
Ensure that staff have appropriate tooling with which to deliver client based solutions
Strengthen Risk and Control Environment
Manage operational risk by ensuring that all processes are compliant with J.P. Morgan policies and procedures, and are in line with global, regional, and market level regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements
Demonstrate ownership of the Risk Control process for the team including routine operational checks
