Job Description The Regional Actuarial Services acts as the business partner for all our 10 Asia life operations, provide oversight, support and guidance with respect to IFRS valuation, reporting, and earnings analysis. Reporting to Corporate actuary, this role by making use of actuarial analytics, is responsible for leading various initiatives to drive ambitious financial target, recommend and execute earnings analysis upgrade, as well as champion valuation and reporting processes improvement and efficiency. This role also requires a strong collaboration with various stakeholders and project management skill.
-Lead Par management oversight including dividend recommendation, -Drive valuation and reporting process enhancements and efficiency. -Lead and deliver actuarial initiatives for helping and add value to the businesses. -Recommend and operationalize earnings analysis tool. -Provide leadership and coaching to junior actuaries with high caliber. -Participate in ad-hoc valuation projects as required.
