Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the projects which consist of budgeting, planning, design, pricing, directing construction, and follow-up for occupancy while meeting appropriate regulatory standards within corporate policy. Manages project personnel, resources, supplies and equipment in the department and promotes collaboration with internal and external customers. Reviews proposed project with department leadership is able to evaluate the project and how it fits into the strategic plans for the organization. Responsible for leading multiple projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost to deliver specified requirements all while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
5-7 years of experience in progressively responsible work in management, prefer healthcare management.
