The Regional PMO / Engineering Manager is responsible for driving delivery excellence through Rockwell Automation engineering resources. This position will provide oversight to Customer Support & Maintenance (CSM) Project Management and Engineering resources to ensure regional engineering order execution to the highest professional standards within schedule and cost plans while assuring overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include both commercial and technical aspects focused around driving business objectives, performing project and program reviews, continuous improvement/productivity programs, coordination with the Global Engineering Centre for engineering support and developing tools/methodologies for Project Management & Engineering efficiencies.
Additionally, a critical element of this role lies within cultivating key internal and external partnerships to aid in project execution and delivery. Mentoring skills are crucial to the success of this role in ensuring that PM / Engineering team members are put on a development path that will grow their skillsets universally among all areas of focus and provide advancement opportunities within the team and Rockwell Automation as a whole.
