· Planning and management of campusrecruiting-related processes (budgeting, negotiation, execution, communication) · Build and manage key University's strategic relationshipswith Career Offices and Professors · Manage, define and assist in executing theSummer Internship and Graduate program · Working within a team and taking responsibilityfor executing a high-volume of recruiting events · Advising and supporting internal clients toensure they achieve their campus recruiting targets · Communicating status and plans with Asia andglobal campus team counterparts · Preparing logistics and delivering companyoverview presentations at events · Maintaining and monitoring applications withinthe applicant tracking systems · To be Cognizant's Career advisor advocate tostudents across all disciplines.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Minimum of 3 to 4 years of working experience in aprofessional working environment within the Campus recruitment arena · Self-motivated team player · Excellent coordination, coaching, attention todetail, and project management skills · Confidence in making/delivering presentations tolarge group of audiences in Campus or internal stakeholders · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
