The Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University is seeking a Director for the Master’s in Management Studies program to manage program planning, promotion, recruitment, admissions, advising, corporate outreach and other engagement. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively with higher education and business communities, have an understanding of the graduate education marketplace, project management, strong interpersonal and professional communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong outreach and business development skills demonstrated through experience and education in order achieve the goals of the EMBA and Master’s in Management Studies program including:
Build outreach and relationships with colleges and universities across the state as part of a “feeder” school strategy to attract non-business undergraduates to the Master’s in Management Studies program and other related Broad programs.
Build corporate relationships as a pipeline for the Master’s in Management Studies and/or other Broad Graduate programs to develop business opportunities for securing corporate experiential projects for the EMBA and other graduate programs, and to manage the ongoing relationships.
Manage all aspects of the MS-Management Studies program, including faculty and student experience. Manage experiential learning projects in the EMBA program while supporting the faculty coaches of the projects.

Doctorate -Business, Education or Communication
Graduate degree required and a minimum of three years in admissions, advising, program management in higher education or equivalent relevant business experience.
Doctorate degree desired and a minimum of five years in admissions, advising, program management in higher education or equivalent business experience.
