Admissions: • Evaluate and select students for the Part-time MBA programs, including reading/reviewing applications as first and second reader for admission and interview MBA candidates. • Sit on the Admissions Committee for the Evening & Weekend MBA Program, and make admissions decisions from a selective applicant pool. • Oversee the application review and selection process for specific cohorts, as directed. • Manage the personalized consultation process within the admissions office. • Lead app complete calls strategy and coordination. • Serve as primary point of contact for VPs of admission, participate in student-admit matching and manage student-alumni network directory. • Primary point of contact for panelist selection for various admissions events. • Counsel prospective applicants regarding admission requirements, Haas programs, and preparation for MBA study. • Evaluate effectiveness of admissions and/or recruitment programs and makes. recommendations for recruitment strategy to enhance yield. • Oversee the online application, the admissions website and the admitted student website. • Work on out of bay area strategy along with other senior admissions staff • Lead competitive strategy and grid oversight • Create and manage surveys and other research tools. • Work with Graduate Division and other University departments, as needed.
Marketing: • Manage marketing and recruitment strategies including assigned diversity efforts. Oversee all integration efforts with the EWMBA program and outside vendors/partners. • Develop and execute social media communication and engagement strategy. • Work with partners (e.g., Marketing & Communications) to identify trends, define actions, and implement in line with UCB’s social media protocols. • Measure the effectiveness of social media strategy and proposes additions and changes to improve effectiveness • Oversee the planning and implementation of recruitment events (e.g., information sessions; fairs, etc). • Manage hot lead strategy/plan/measurement. • Deliver presentations about the programs and represent the School at admissions activities as well as at corporate/professional organization events. • Assist with the development of marketing materials and activities (e.g. the Web site, advertising, presentations, emails, etc). • Lead ROI/Marketing data analytics and campaign analysis. • Maintain a strong knowledge of competitive programs and their offerings. • Guide and oversee yield activities designed to convert admitted students to enrollees, including class visits, admit receptions/dinners, etc. • Evaluate effectiveness of all recruitment and marketing activities; suggest areas of improvement. • Analyze and identify new strategies programs across appropriate channels.

Education/Training: •Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
