The role is responsible for creating and executing digital media campaigns, managing the social media advertising budget, and overseeing the digital media content calendar. The Digital Marketing Strategist will oversee the development of Century’s social properties, guiding our brand voice, defining goals and objectives for specific digital media platforms, and leveraging opportunities to expand the company’s digital presence through new platforms and partnerships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Own the strategy, execution, and analysis of Century’s paid and organic digital media marketing strategy, focusing on expanding brand awareness, customer loyalty, and conversions.
Manage digital marketing budget, leveraging advanced targeting tactics to reach intended audiences while meeting KPI targets and goals, both departmental and organizational.
Lead online engagement strategy. Define guidelines for best practices and engagement benchmarks; monitor and provide feedback on an ongoing basis.
Spearhead digital campaigns, acting as project manager and collaborating with essential business units.
Develop and maintain relationships with current and future brand partners and key influencers.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create video strategy; facilitate video launches, social optimization and maintain social sharing optimization across the site.
Work with the Marketing team and business leaders to support Century services, programs, and initiatives on an ongoing basis.
Distribute reports summarizing campaign metrics, as well as monthly digital media content performance, audience engagement, and advertising efforts. Identify opportunities to make digital media campaigns more efficient and effective to drive business outcomes.
Keep current on industry changes. Advise marketing team on impactful news and emerging trends.
Ability to drive process improvements to align with outcomes of departmental and organizational goals.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.)
4-6 years of professional digital media marketing experience at a B2C product or services company, media company, or marketing agency
Consumer finance experience is preferred
Strong communication skills
Strong project management skills
Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and Facebook Business Manager
Experience integrating tracking from external platforms with Century’s website, internal CRM and Automated Marketing (Hubspot) tools
Must be self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, flexible, and reliable
Must be a team player, willing to support at times, lead other times
