Description The Organizational Change Project Manager (OCPM) will report to the ctcLink executive sponsor and will work with all areas of the College to manage the organizational change activities associated with the ctcLink project, whose goal is to migrate from a legacy system to a new statewide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, PeopleSoft.
The OCPMwill be a liaison between the College and the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) ctcLink staff, vendor staff, executive staff, College area managers, and relevant front-line employees. The OCPM will facilitate communication among all interest holders and oversee college-wide implementation activities to meet project outcomes and deliverables, ensuring that the College planning and implementation tasks are aligned with the statewide ctcLink project schedule.
The OCPM will work through many others in the organization to succeed. This position will work closely with a core Change Management team to plan and implement strategies. The OCPM also will support project teams in integrating change management activities. Finally, this position will provide support and coaching to supervisors, front-line managers, and executive leaders as they help their employees through transitions.

Annual salary begins at $91,988 andcommensurate with candidate's qualifications and related experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TYPICAL DUTIES Oversee ctcLink preparation and implementation activities Develop a risk-management plan for ctcLink implementation Coordinate subject-matter expert participation in relevant implementation activities Keep executive leadership informed about all aspects of the ctcLink project Attend and participate in scheduled Functional Team and other project meetings Lead and participate in one-on-one, small-group, and large-group activities with internal and external stakeholder groups Develop internally- and externally-facing documentation that aligns with prescribed formatting and content requirements Develop functional specifications for recommended business processes, system configuration values/frameworks, reports, and system customizations Support system design, configuration, conversion, validation, testing, and training activities Provide support and knowledge transfer to teams and individuals within and associated with the ctcLink project Provide input to the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team, Training Team and others to update business processes and documentation Utilize desktop automation software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio Provide high-level management reporting Use multiple data sources and reporting tools to provide data and reports for use in management decision processes, performing complex analysis of transactions to ensure accurate management reporting Provide ad hoc reporting for special projects and single-time data requests Develop and provide reporting to all levels of BC and external entities Develop and maintain data sources/marts to enable end-user reporting Provide support to users and administrative offices Analyze and manage user needs and processes, recommend a course of action, and coordinate efforts to upgrade or enhance procedures Interpret and monitor federal and state regulations and policies to ensure proper internal controls are established and maintained Research and analyze business trends, user needs and requirements, identify where existing technologies will meet those needs, or research, identify, and recommend new applications to fulfill those requirements Be the first point-of-contact for user needs and questions for the assigned administrative systems Liaise with training staff and assist trainers with transitions to new technologies Other duties as assigned
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related experience and/or education 3+ years of project management experience Ability to contribute to an environment that embraces diversity and uses diverse perspectives to enhance the attainment of organizational goals Ability to relate to students, staff and faculty of variousages, backgrounds Effective interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, vendors, and the public PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of related experience working with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) version 9.2 in a higher education setting Related experience working with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 in a higher education setting in one or more of the following: ◦ Talent Acquisition Manager ◦ Workforce Administration ◦ Benefits ◦ Time & Labor ◦ Absence Management ◦ Payroll for North America ◦ Faculty Workload Related experience working with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 utilizing fluid look/feel, features, and functionality Related experience working with PeopleSoft Finance in a higher education setting Related experience working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions in a higher education setting Functional-technical experience in a PeopleSoft environment, such as familiarity with App Designer, PeopleCode, SQL, and/or CEMLI development
