Summary: Reports to the Director of Information Technology/ISO.
Responsible for assisting other Business Applications Assistant with the overall management of all line of business applications, and related vendors, for the Harvard University Employees Credit Union.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists with supporting, maintaining, implementing and enhancing various line of business applications/software and vendors.
Assists with vendor management and project management as related to line of business applications and/or assisting line of business
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years related work experience in a financial, banking/credit union environment.
Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to master new software applications.
Ability to effectively interface with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization.
Excellent troubleshooting abilities, analytical and problem solving skills.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a team player, but also be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Must be flexible and have an overall understanding of the business needs.
Must possess a strong desire to learn.
Training classes and some travel will be required on occasion.
Will be required to work late evenings, early mornings and weekends as business needs warrant.
Must be able to lift at least 25Ibs. Continuous walking, standing, sitting, and manual dexterity.
Frequent bending, lifting, handling and reaching.
Occasional pushing, pulling, squatting and climbing.
Occasionally requires travel to all branch locations in the Cambridge and Boston areas and training sites.
Must be able to work in the very diverse environment of Harvard University.
