MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The candidate for the position of Senior Integration Developer (Cloud) must meet the following qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree in a relevant field such as computer science, computer information systems, etc., or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Five years of experience in a relevant field such as information technology, higher education, etc.
Extensive experience in cloud computing services, cloud infrastructure, and cloud storage.
Extensive experience in cloud architecture and design.
Extensive experience developing integrations, ETLs, data flows, and APIs through the use of an integration platform.
Foundational knowledge of the development and configuration of software solutions.
Ability to understand and work with large, complex systems.
Experience writing test cases for new and existing code to ensure compatibility and stability.
Ability to develop positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide both detailed information and summaries to peers and supervisors.
Proven ability to design and develop a new software solution.
Substantial knowledge of security concepts and experience with secure code development techniques.
Experience planning and performing unit testing and system integration testing and facilitating performance and user acceptance testing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate for the position of Senior Integration Developer (Cloud) has the following qualifications:

More than eight years of experience in a relevant field such as information technology, higher education, etc.

The Senior Integration Developer (Cloud):
Drives the design, development, and testing of integrations for cloud applications. Integrates network components from multiple vendors to support cloud services.
Collaborates across the team to gather and interpret integration specifications, data requirements, and data mappings.
Analyzes and tunes integrations to optimize performance and reliability. Acts as a trusted technical advisor for all cloud integrations across the enterprise.
Works collaboratively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to understand specifications and deliver features based on business requirements. Mentors team members and peers on effective collaboration with a variety of stakeholders. Provides guidance on problem solving by introducing problem-solving methodologies and frameworks. Communicates and presents problem-solving rationale to diverse audiences.
Participates in project and task planning. Contributes to the development and execution of best-in-class processes and procedures. Monitors alignment with university and ITS goals and customer needs. Contributes to university compliance and security governance and policies by embedding standards, procedures, and quality measures into work plans and workflows.
