Seeking a team-oriented individual with clear and concise communication skills to conduct general information technology (IT) business process analysis, needs assessments, proposed project requirements, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis to align effective IT solutions with business initiatives and conduct Agile Product Owner responsibilities on scrum team to manage product/sprint backlogs and deliver value to business users and end customers.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related discipline required or an equivalent combination of relevant education/certifications and work experience.
Training with certification as a professional scrum product owner (PSPO) or as a certified scrum product owner (CSPO) is a plus.
At least 3 years’ experience working in an IT capacity required, including working with business units to create technical solutions to address business challenges, project tracking tools, writing requirements documents, user stories, and test plans.
Experience in scrum environment for a non-profit or association preferred.
Must pay close attention to detail and have strong business analysis and technical writing skills.
Strong technical acumen essential with proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn and apply new technologies; knowledge of software development tools (eg, JIRA), association management systems, and Web sites highly desired.
Some evening and weekend work and occasional travel required.
