Iowa State is seeking qualified applicants for a SR Enterprise Business Analyst.ISUis in the midst of moving to a modern, state of the art, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and future student information system (SIS) solution. The focus of this position is to leverage Salesforce capabilities to help manage student life cycle processes in the offices of Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Graduate College, and the colleges. The duties and responsibilities of this position include: providing project management and business analysis relative to current Salesforce implementation projects with a focus on positioning Salesforce for the futureSISupgrade, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables, working with the campus community to manage project related timelines, developing new processes policies, procedures, and leading and managing business process redesign efforts.
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides core computing, network services, enterprise systems, and information security resources to the students, faculty, and staff of Iowa State University.ITSpartners with IT professionals from around campus to provide more specialized IT resources to ISUâs academic and business units.
The ideal candidate will be technically-minded with the ability to work in collaboration with both campus technology professionals and end users. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, collaborative, innovative, possess strong time management and organizational skills and have a background in customer success. The candidate must enjoy solving communication and outreach problems with technology, and be capable of maintaining composure and professionalism under regular tight deadlines and occasional high-stress projects. Critical to this position will be the ability to build successful relationships across the university, including the ability to identify problems and offer solutions to ensure all stakeholdersâ needs are met.
