REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing LOCATION: Nationwide
General Scope of Responsibility:
The newly created position will manage and own all operational aspects of new member recruitment, to include campaign execution and reporting, ensuring that work is on time and on/under budget.
70% Marketing Project Management
Manage the deployment timeline and workflow calendar of large volumes of direct mail and email while scheduling A/B (email and direct mail) tests
Meet and maintain accountability for multiple and overlapping deadlines
Serve as the primary contact with staff, writers, mail house and other vendors to ensure deadlines are met
Review, proof and approve quantities, materials and timeline deviations
Organize, plan, and lead weekly campaign and project update meetings
Monitor and respond to out-of-scope requests and initiate additional estimates, timelines, workflows and approvals
Champion quality and integrity of brand deliverables
Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans
30% Data Management and Business Analysis
Collate, analyze, and present all key performance metrics relating to each project
Forecast, plan and simulate monthly metrics
Develop, monitor, and review project budgets. Verify expenditures vs. actual. Explain variances
Verify, upload and manage data integrity
6-10 years of relevant professional experience with demonstrated project management skills
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning, execution, and analysis of marketing programs/initiatives
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Salesforce
Minimum of 5 years’ experience pulling, analyzing and reporting on multiple datapoints to inform core business objectives
Multi-Channel marketing and direct response experience, including direct mail and digital
Skilled with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Visio and MS Project preferred but not required
Passion for leveraging data, metrics and insights to drive results and learnings
Curious mindset, ready to dig in on consumer attitudes/behaviors/trends and draw implications for marketing
Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Ability, interest, experience and comfort with being the pioneer, including the use of new technologies/tactics/strategies/programs, etc., as well as pivoting from what has traditionally been done.
