U.S. Sales have grown at over 50% a year for four years in a row. As we are quickly growing, we are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our U.S. team. The U.S. Marketing Team plays a key role in our growth and is charged with defining the right go-to market approach for further growth. Marketing works closely with Sales and balances U.S. market needs within a central global campaign.

Plan, lead, and execute all digital marketing campaigns (content, e-mail, social media, Pay Per Click)
Develop and launch e-mail marketing campaigns, conduct A/B tests, capture feedback, track metrics and refine successive campaigns
Lead audience-targeted, optimized and constantly tested paid social media campaigns
Create, monitor and engage with audience on social media channels as it relates to organic U.S. posts
Execute U.S. regional digital campaigns; recommend digital advertising opportunities focused on driving sales leads
Execute all digital aspects of event management; creation of landing page / registration page, creation of emails and workflows, creation of mailing lists, tracking of email performance, and track and pull registration lists.
Produce webinars; create and administer surveys
Contribute to and execute the US marketing plan
Work closely with Event Manager Business Development Managers to establish proper planning, communications and direction for more than 25 events annually across the US
Plan, manage and track KPI’s for events that drive sales leads
Assist Event Manager in all aspects of event planning as needed including securing panelist participants, keynote speakers, and conference booth shipments etc.
Preparation & distribution of event attendee communications including registration monitoring through marketing automation platform HubSpot
Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field
3+ years of demonstrated experience in marketing, digital marketing, website management and social media
Proven experience in paid social media advertising (LinkedIn Campaign Manager & Twitter Ads)
Event management experience; experience in tradeshow and/or exhibition marketing
Experience using content management systems; knowledge of HubSpot is a plus
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS desired
Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); demonstrated experience using Adobe Photoshop is required
Professional experience in SEO, SEM, and PPC
Previous agency experience preferred
Experience in a legal environment is an advantage, ideally in IP;
Deep knowledge of the digital marketing and advertising technology ecosystems, including digital agencies, and ability to employ the optimal mix of various digital marketing channels, techniques, and operating models.
Ability to successfully coordinate projects with global stakeholders and manage communication with internal and external customers.
Willingness to travel approximately once a month for 2-day trips required.
