Develop and coordinate marketing plans, publications, and communications and leverage a CRM to successfully execute these plans in both digital and print channels. Execute email, online, social media, and direct mail campaigns, and track, analyze, and report on key communication data.
Essential Job Functions:
Execute ongoing email, online, social media, and direct mail campaigns designed to recruit and yield students for Denison's academic programs. Maintain campaign and content calendar to ensure on-time, relevant launches.
Assist in the content development for new campaigns designed to enhance communications between prospects and the Enrollment Management team.
Manage and regularly maintain website and social media content.
Work with University Communications to ensure full coordination of marketing and communications-related activities.
Coordinate with internal partners to ensure that proper tracking is occurring in order to gauge communication effectiveness. Monitor communication responses and use analytical methods to identify communication successes and opportunities. Present findings and recommend changes to future strategies based on these analyses.
Research market trends and competitors, and stay up-to-date on current web, email, social media, print and viral marketing trends.
Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with internal and external partners. Act as a professional representative of the university.
Assist the Director of Strategic Initiatives with ongoing projects. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience with a CRM system, ideally the Technolutions Slate CRM.
Experience working in communications, marketing, or public relations, or in a college admission office as a student employee or professional staff member.
Clear understanding and ability to communicate the values and mission of a residential, liberal arts college.
Demonstrated experience using the Adobe Creative Suite software, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
