The Role Responsibilities
Expand and deepen relationships with Institutional and Corporate clients across the region with a focus on China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
Drive revenue growth across all FM products traded over electronic channels (S2BX, ECN, and API).
Lead digitization efforts to increase our E footprint across priority clients Identify and deliver cross-sell opportunities for existing clients
Lead eCommerce marketing trips in GCNA together with voice partners
Leverage Global Team to identify opportunities to sell our network to existing clients
Implement E strategies to drive exponential revenue growth for the firm
Promote and Educate internal partners and stakeholders on digitization efforts and new products (e.g. FX Algo)
Collate monthly reports (MIS) for monitoring purposes for management
Integral part of the EMS (Electronic Market Solutions Team)
Monitoring of Client Income, where necessary for Sales, ensuring the customers we are providing priority operational support to, are true priority customers in terms of revenue generation.
Provide cross border, cross product proactive support for voice Sales and their platinum / priority customers. Front-line resolution of platinum / priority Client e issues. Serve as the single point of contact for priority client issues and build / strengthen relationships with both.
Up to date with client trading activities and passing leads to voice Sales for maximizing client wallet
Our Ideal Candidate
Must be a Degree holder (Bachelors degree in Finance / Management / Economics / General Business)
Basic understanding on FX markets, from pricing through settlement, trading FX
Thorough understanding and expertise in data analysis using Excel
Client facing experience to understand the nature of the FX participants which facilitates learning of overall financial markets
Keen awareness of market dynamics and related institutional client relationships
Good understanding of Technology Fix Protocol, Data Centres, Client Connectivity Channels etc
Languages: Proficient in English and Mandarin
