The Research Data Manager I provides data management services for studies supported by the Center for Applied Pediatric Quality Analytics (CAPQA).
This Research Data Manager I will be responsible for:
Collaborating with Principal Investigators, Biostatisticians, and Project Managers on the design, development, implementation, and validation of databases.
Creating/updating database reference guides and documentation.
Supporting and reporting data for review, quality control checks, and interim and final analysis.
Providing database status reports.
Running periodic and ad hoc data reports as needed.
Standardizing report graphics, texts, and layouts.
Providing data collection guidance to study sites as needed.
Attending training sessions as needed to access electronic data warehouses.
Assisting in writing research protocols and statistical methods sections.
Assisting biostatisticians with analysis file creation and statistical analyses.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree, preferably in health science, mathematics or a related field and a minimum of two (2) plus years of data entry and data coordinator experience.
The analytical skills to handle clinical research data in an organized, accurate and timely manner.
Strong working knowledge and experience with data management and statistical software (e.g. SAS, SPSS, relational data management, web based EDC).
