Required Background: Master’s degree (MBA) obtained by Summer 2020 or equivalent experience
Reside within or able to relocate to one of the four Capgemini Invent cities
Willingness to travel frequently, up to 100% as necessary
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. in an unrestricted manner (sponsorship is not offered)
Minimum of 3-5 years total of relevant work experience in a business-related and/ or consulting role, or
MBA or other applicable post-graduate degree with a concentration in a business-related field
Professional experience that relates to one of our Sector or Capability areas
Industry, academic, or consulting experience in any of our focus industries such as: Consumer Products, Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Retail
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly at an executive level, with excellent written and oral presentation skills; fluent in English
Highly-structured and conceptual mind-set, coupled with strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills
Strong Microsoft Office suite skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Visio and Access are pluses)
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills within a team environment
Ability to lead small teams, motivate others, and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
