Regional Campuses Dean’s Office: Micro-Credential Program Manager to lead the cultivation and advancement of community/industry partnerships to deliver superior solution(s) with Miami’s portfolio of micro-credential opportunities that result in the growth of micro-credential pathways, promote industry-aligned credentials, close skill gaps for employers and support career advancement for working professionals. Position will jointly report to the Senior Director of Regional E-Campus and the Director of eLearning and will require work on the Middletown, Hamilton and Oxford campuses as well as travel to businesses in the region.
Lead engagement initiatives including but not limited to securing partnership agreements, developing opportunities to promote Micro-Credential programs, collaborating with education partners and key decision makers via phone, web conference, in-person or at events, presenting the value of the programs in addressing crucial skill gaps for partners’ employees or the community
Develop and oversee effective partnership success and engagement plans that drive interest, leads, and web traffic for engagement within micro-credential program pathways
Manage multiple high-priority project plans, calendars, determine strategy and tactics, maintain deadlines, track progress and performance to ensure successful outcomes
Cultivate constructive relationships including diplomatically and proactively handling challenges, questions, or conflict, while successfully generating symbiotic solutions through collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Create engaging and substantive written and/or visual content to tell the Micro-Credential user stories and promote events and initiatives
Utilize analytical tools and demonstrates the ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and touchpoints using processes and data to make analytical decisions
Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional growth mindset by engaging in continuous investigation of emerging technologies, pedagogies, and leadership best practices through educational opportunities; professional presentations; advancing personal networks; participating in professional and community organizations
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Two (2) years of experience with developing and managing high growth strategies such as strategic professional partnerships, program engagement, business development targets
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet or exceed targeted growth goals monthly, quarterly, annually
Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for the higher education experience, and dedication to quality
Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, apply an assertive, competitive approach to the work, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude with multiple and changing priorities
Initiate and prioritize work with exceptional project management, prioritization and productivity skills
Cultivate collaborative culture with advanced written, oral communication and group facilitation skills
Exceptional presentation skills, including verbal, visual, and written, with an understanding of how to adjust message for a variety of audiences and an ability to effectively communicate the compelling nature of an opportunity to potential partners and supporters
Analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to collect, organize, analyze, and use data to communicate progress and seek new approaches to challenges with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to stand or sit in a vehicle for extended periods of time

Master's degree or PhD in business, communication, or a related field of study
Three (3) or more years demonstrated track record of success in achieving program engagement or business development targets, particularly in higher education
Collaborative participation in development of marketing strategy and campaign - conforming to brand identity, campaign messages, digital assets, social media, website
Implementation of written and visual content for website, social media channels, blogs, newsletters, and press release to promote program growth
Understanding of website development (including HTML) to drive web traffic with SEO, website analytics and measuring ROI
