Where the Chemistry Happens
The Digital Transformation Specialist performs analysis, diagnostics, development, testing and documentation of the Master Builder Connect (proprietary CRM System) software and other digital tools. Isolates and corrects application errors in a timely manner. Ensures that the Master Builder Connect administrative system provides the services the customer's and consumer's needs. Ensures integrity of the database structures.
Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
Troubleshoots Builder Connect CRM and other digital tool's application errors or applications not operating. In conjunction with users, isolates problems from symptoms, determines solution or alternatives, develops and implements a resolution.
Analyzes and diagnoses the Builder Connect and other digital tool's supporting software to determine current and future needs. Makes sure that any changes to critical areas (funding, budgets, payroll, etc.) are accurate and functioning properly.
Run routine monthly reports from Builder Connect CRM and other platforms and provide report to the leadership team.
Maintain all administrative aspects for Builder Connect CRM, Learning Management Software, Mobile Apps etc.
Ensures that all development and/or corrective software has been fully tested and documented. All testing and documentation are conducted following current departmental standards and procedures.
Assists in installation of new releases of software by reapplying in-house modifications to current release. Performs initial testing before releasing version to software support personnel/users in all environments. Corrects any discovered defects.
Ensures the integrity of Master Builder Connect and other digital tools at all times including data integrity when developing, maintaining or enhancing applications.
Keeps technically current on upgrades to SAP , SQL Servers, LMS platform, mobile apps and other related applications.
Communicate regularly to the larger user group on new features and capabilities of the digital tools.
