The Learning & Organization Development Department (L&OD) has a new Organization Development and Change Leadership Consultant role created to meet changing client and programmatic needs. This is an individual contributor opportunity that will be instrumental in fostering excellence in organization development and change leadership initiatives contributing to our organizations future success. Apply organization development and change leadership principles and approaches to guide clients in developing a strategy and intentionally driving change initiatives across MSK
Consult with clients across the organization (from staff to managers) to develop a strategy for change, address underlying needs, conduct organizational assessment, and define performance metrics and business outcomes
Create and implement change strategies and plans focusing on the people side of change, that maximize employee adoption and mitigate resistance, increasing the likelihood of sustained change
Provide consultation and support to teams in integrating change methodologies/tools into their project plans
Execute new and existing organization development interventions and change initiatives across a complex, matrixed organization using strong project management/leadership to drive initiatives from inception to evaluation
Design, customize, and facilitate OD and change leadership interventions and learning programs in a credible, influential, and engaging manner appropriate to the audience and the subject matter
Use multiple instructional design options and learning methodologies (e.g., classroom, online, blended, distance learning methods) to develop creative and innovative solutions
Provide developmental coaching interventions to enhance leaders effectiveness
Masters degree in Organization Psychology/Development/Leadership, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related discipline
4 7 years of progressive experience in organization development/change leadership
Certification in a change methodology preferred (e.g., Prosci)
