WHAT WILL YOU DO
Design digital learning strategy to enhance learning experience by engaging in interactive e-learning, gamification platforms, videos or other channels of e-course-wares
Oversees and project management new e-content
Partner with stakeholders to curate and drive adoption of digital learning platforms though campaigns, activities or structured learning roadmaps
Manage and maintain digital learning platforms
Learning Management System
Custodian of learning management system
Works with HR/L&D partners to facilitate effective and efficient LMS processes to support learning implementation
Research and keep updated on new LMS trends as well as capabilities to continuously update our learning platforms
Mine learning data points and enhance our analytics to measure, analyze and report learning metrics for supporting strategic learning initiatives
Learning Governance, Special Projects & Business Management
Governs the learning operations processes and ensures our policies are kept up to dates
Responsible for audits or any requests on learning metrics
Support Head of L&D in Business Management Initiatives and participate in strategic change projects to spearhead new frontiers in learning
