The Lean Six Sigma Project Manager is responsible for managing the planning, facilitating, leading and completing of Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement projects to support direct impact on key business metrics related to product cost reduction, productivity, quality and customer experience objectives of the global Medium Voltage business.
Reporting to the Manager Business Process Improvement, the LSS Project Manager will work closely with global MV process owners, other business leaders, and team members while applying Lean Six Sigma methods to solve business problems. This individual also works closely with other Lean Six Sigma Project Managers to ensure that process improvement projects follow a standard operating rhythm and disciplined approach to solving problems and maximizing results. The LSS Project Manager will coach, mentor, and train others on expanding the knowledge of Continuous Improvement within Rockwell Automation, developing team member LSS skills, and helping others apply LSS methods within the organization. This position is a key role in the company's efforts to improve Rockwell Automation's systemic improvement capabilities and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead cross functional teams to achieve process improvement
Achieve project deliverables (time, cost and objectives) and productivity results through sustainable improvements

Listen to and grasp team and project stakeholder needs to cultivate collaboration
Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and Change Management methodology tools
Successfully navigate corporate culture / developing positive working relationships with stakeholders and project team
Partner with sourcing, OES, CE, Development, MFG and other functions to identify and deliver cost savings projects
Experience hands-on leadership of cross functional & cross geography process improvement projects
Facilitation of Value Stream Map & Kaizen events with experience in challenging situations and overcoming setbacks
Ability to be placed in complex and demanding environments and drive towards objectives
Ability to manage ambiguity and data to find improvement opportunities through prioritization
Comfortable leading change in areas outside of subject matter expertise
Responsible to identify opportunities for improvement in all areas of the business
Ability to work with little to no supervision to achieve annual objectives
Awareness, knowledge and guidance of Continuous Improvement principles, methodologies and tools to support achievement of Continuous Improvement Program and RA business objectives
Possesses an understanding of product portfolios and customer needs
Collaborates with and manages multiple stakeholders including manufacturing, sourcing, internal business units, sales, marketing, third party partners, etc.
Stays current with direction of business unit and develops Continuous Improvement strategies that ensures productivity in changing business environment
Ability to understand and lead technical and materials productivity initiatives.
Familiarity with Rockwell Automation CPD and Continuation Engineering processes
Experience leading highly technical projects with multiple, global stakeholders
Ability to drive change in a positive manner despite challenges to timelines, deliverables and resources. Humble, inquisitive, bias towards action & courageous aptitude to take on larger roles beyond this position
