Under limited supervision, develops and assists others in developing quantitative analysis of budgets, sales performance, revenues, margins, and/or other analysis in support of sales or solutions strategies that create value for FedEx. Plans, develops, coordinates and/or executes sales plans, projects and/or programs. Leads cross departmental analysis. Structures analytical tools and guides staff in their use. Leads brainstorming and development of recommendations for highly complex sales issues, recommending best methods. Plans and works on multiple complex assignments concurrently. Acts with senior level authority. Uses advanced computer modeling, databases, tools and/or other approaches in analyses. Chairs cross-functional meetings that may include upper management. Exhibits advanced knowledge of business etiquette and processes.
This position will report to the Business Analytics and Sales Support department in the Worldwide Sales Organization. This position will manage the SQL servers, Business Intelligence platform and One drive platform along with educating the organization on Power BI analytics and dashboard.
Skills/Knowledge considered plus – High level of understanding of Microsoft SQL Server management Experience and knowledge of SSIS, SSRS and automation of reporting Experience and knowledge of Business Intelligence using Power BI and SQL server Personal intellectual curiosity, innovative attitude, change agent abilities Proven business problem solving abilities with a validation mindset Process oriented critical thinking with high attention to details Effective communicator with all levels within the organization

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering or related field. Five (5) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis, and/or knowledge management. Advanced skills with business software. Proven ability to plan and work on multiple major assignments concurrently. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead analytical teams working on major business issues. Knowledge of third and fourth generation computer languages, SAS, or RDBMS. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong writing and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical skills. Strong project management skills.
