To collect and analyze routing department projects, issues, and concerns; develop alternatives to accomplish department planning objectives. To provide project communication, documentation and coordination independently or assist in a specific portion of a larger or more complex project for department processes.
The Project/Process Analyst provides support for small to medium complexity projects associated with strategic network initiatives for the enterprise. This includes but is not limited to documentation of the project charter, schedule, communications plan, resource plan, procurement plan, and other project deliverables as specified. May participate in basic issue management. May assist in development of required technical documentation, planning, Business Case Development, Financial Analysis, status reporting and collaboration of work across ENCTS including Engineering, Implementation, TSR's, TS Planning, VoIP and Wireless.
Knowledge/Skills Considered a Plus:
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Experience with report and dashboard design
Knowledge of networking terminology, hardware, and concepts
Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals
Proficiency with all MS Office applications, MS Project and/or Visio (advanced excel)
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
Capable of handling multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Quality/process improvement experience
Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
Domicile: Collierville, TN.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in a quantitative discipline. Two years experience in project management, product development, business /financial and analysis or systems design/development. Experience in use of project management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical organization and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
