Position provides business and operational leadership for the Division including planning, financial and operations management.�� Particular emphasis on the innovative development of telemedicine programs.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project manages the development of telemedicine programs within the Division, for the Department.
Manages business analysis and planning including financial business case development for the Division and budgetary management, projection of revenues and expenses.
Provides support for the generation of grant submissions, study proposals, develops and maintains efficient procedures and oversees project and program administrative operations.
Works with other Department leaders and hospital leaders to operationalize telemedicine initiatives and track progress versus planned objectives.
Works to ensure compliance with laws concerning personnel administration, coordinating response and assistance when resolving personnel issues.
Acts as liaison between Division Chiefs, faculty, trainees and staff members, telemedicine center and hospital personnel.
Assists with special projects as needed.
Prepares reports as requested.
Oversees maintenance of program records.
Equivalent of BA in business or related field
3-5 years of experience including supervisory experience
Master's degree preferred
Working knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, word processing, organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills with familiarity of University accounting systems preferred
The hiring range for this position is $56,472 - $73,403 annually.
