This Epic Client Server Administrator (ECSA) position isresponsible for implementing, administering, proactive monitoring, maintainingand enhancing the Microsoft Windows server infrastructure which supportday-to-day operations of critical Epic application environments servingProduction, Non-production, Reporting, Training and Disaster Recovery to ensurethe highest degree of systems performance and availability.
Install, Configure, Administer, Manage, Monitor, Troubleshoot andOptimize Epic ECSA Components: BCA-PC, BCA-Web, Cantu, Care-EveryWhere,Care-Link, ECSA Tools, FIPS, Haiku, HyperSpace, HyperSpace-Web, Interconnect,Kuiper, MyChart, MyChart Mobile, PrintService, Relay, Rover, SOAPProxy,Store-Forward, SystemPulse, WebBlob, Welcome --Perform Moves, Adds and Changes for ECSA devices: Workstation device, Printerdevice and BCA Report record creation and maintenance in Cache, and Printerdevice and queue creation and maintenance on Print Servers --Assist with installation, configuration, troubleshooting and resolution of ECSA,integrated third-party software and peripherals in a timely manner, including,faxing, scanning, printing, web conferencing, and document management systems;and coordinate problem resolution with customers, analysts, and IT support --Build, configure, test, maintain and review High Availability, DisasterRecovery, and Business Continuity systems --Assist with maintenance and patches activity and apply vendor platformupdates, and upgrades --Develop and maintain scripts to improve and automate system management --Assist in perform periodic security risk assessments --Maintain complete and accurate system documentation --Perform Certificate installation and management --Distribute application software for testing and deployment --Adhere to business policies, IT standards and vendor best practices; andparticipate in ITIL Change Control practices for all planned activities andevents outages changes --Provide leadership and technical subject matter expertise in all areas ofarchitectural and design requirements of vendor ECSA systems --Understand monitoring metrics and initiatives for proactive capacity,performance and resiliency; and generate relevant system KPIs reportssupporting the goal for zero unplanned outages --Collaborate with IT technical teams, vendors, and application analysts toensure proactive support --Engage in resource and capacity planning with Server, Storage, and Network ITTeams --Work closely in an efficient and effective manner with Server, Storage,Network and other Subject Matter Expert (SME) IT Teams to coordinateintegration of related projects; to research and analyze and makerecommendations to enhance application and systems performance; and participatein activities to evaluate new technologies and applications --Determine system requirements through discussions with customers, vendors andother IT Teams; assist with designs, and develop effective application solutionrequirements appropriate to the customer's needs and compatible with existingsystems and standards; develops specifications to meet specific platformrequirements and customer budget and timeframe --Manage projects to ensure the quality and timely implementation of systems;to obtain needed resources to complete projects; manage work plan and projectsteps using established tools and procedures; and monitor project status andresolves project issues in a timely manner --Act as a resource for ITS team members to provide them with the informationand guidance needed to complete their tasks successfully; provide technicalexpertise on new and existing technology and how to solve complex, technicalproblems related to hardware, software, operating systems, and data in a clearand professional manner as needed to appropriate personnel --Perform other duties as assigned

--Proven leadership skills
