Under the guidance of the Revenue Outcomes Manager the Patient Financial Services Denials Analyst will support the creation, implementation, and monitoring of process-improvement plans, system denial prevention initiatives using strong business analysis and project management principles.
-Responsible for identifying, documenting, measuring, monitoring, and recommending improvements to business processes for denial prevention and management efforts in collaboration with PFS and system-stakeholders across multiple disciplines and levels.
-Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform and grow as a subject matter expertise on commercial and government denials, including, but not limited to feasibility analysis, technical enhancements, thorough understanding of available software, data analysis and reporting, workflow analysis, and recommendations for improvement
-As assigned, coordinate, direct, lead, and manage departmental project and activities to achieve strategic objectives.
-Create strong project momentum, and collaborate with stakeholder, staff, and leadership to achieve meaningful denial rate reduction.
