Under the responsibility of the Global Program Manager, they are responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing customer programs for Americas region which require the commitment of significant skills and resources on a global basis. Manage multifunction and multi-vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement multiple, integrated system solutions to address customers' complex business issues. Manage large program teams that include other program managers, project managers, analysts, administrative support and third-party vendors. Manage the integration and/or development and delivery of deliverables directly to the customer and in support of major enterprise-wide projects.
The Program Manager is the preferred connection to SSB organization for the RA Sales team concerning opportunities and project execution.
Functional (under Global Program Manager responsibility)
Reports to Global Program Manager of the account
Participates to deploy account strategy by coordinating with and under responsibility of Global Program Manager
Performs all aspects of program management functions for customer projects, including commercial responsibility as well as technical.
Complete responsibility for successful outcome of projects and programs.
Manages multiple subcontracts that include labor and/or fixed price deliverables. o Maintain fiscal responsibility around revenue recognition for medium to large
Ensure customer acceptance and satisfaction with overall program at middle to upper management levels.
Understand individual and group response to changes that the program may produce.
Make complex decisions that involve risk.
Play a role in corporate or cross-functional decisions.
Solve tactical and some strategic multi-disciplinary issues.
Create solutions that are resourceful and original with limited or no corporate guidelines.
Develop effective working relationships with internal and external management. o Participate in all negotiations with the account team and the customer.
Support SSB organization to perform business in compliance with Global contract of the account
to provide support to SSB proposal team for technical consistency and Global contract T&Cs compliance
Review and approve SSB proposals before delivery to RA Sales.
Provide inputs to the Sales team to define the strategy on the account
Should support Account strategy
Should focus on the development and growth of the business relationship between the customer and RA SSB
Under the lead of the Global Program Manager, act as team leader, interacting with the corporation, the customer and/or third-party vendors in program development, planning and implementation.
Coaches and helps develop less-experienced project managers assigned to projects.
Support other program managers, functional managers and project leaders in the development of the program plan.
