Reporting Relationship Reports to the Academic Operations Manager
Role Responsibilities As part of the HBS Online Course Development team, the Course Delivery Specialist works collaboratively with Content Developers under the direction of the Academic Operations Manager to support the delivery of a portfolio of online courses to learners across the globe. Duties include:
Learner and course delivery support – 45%
Handle assigned tickets routine issues using templates, develop judgment regarding where tickets go – 35%
Communicating via an email-based ticket tracking system with learners across the globe to support a positive
educational experience on the HBS Online Course Platform.
Reporting technology issues and requests to the HBS Online software development team, based on feedback
gathered from learners.
Administrative – 30%
Running administrative reports for HBS Online courses, including learner engagement and learner eligibility
Reviewing learner responses for plagiarism and producing weekly plagiarism tracking reports.
Working with various HBS Online teams to suggest and implement improvements to course assignments,
procedures, or administrative processes.
Content Entry – 25%
Maintaining course survey questions and entering course materials into the proprietary HBS Online Course
Proofreading and participating in alpha reviews of new courses in development.
Other duties as assigned

BA/BS preferred; education may count toward years of experience.
Outstanding attention to detail and a strong customer service perspective.

Experience with Microsoft Office (including Excel) and basic HTML, with a willingness to learn new software and systems as needed.
