Assist Team Head to drive on/offline payment strategy for wealth affluent segment and the Bank by working closely with Digital Team and IBG to contribute towards DBS's payment roadmap Assist Team Head to deliver pre-defined business KPIs Assist Team Head to oversee Faster Payment System as a Product Manager, with duties on campaign management, P&L management, marketing, management updates and staying ahead of competition in P2P, P2M Stay ahead from competitive landscape including e-Wallets and Virtual Banks' movements Develop ecosystem partners from payment perspective, identify and as hunter for potential payment merchants with FPS needs and engage them for pitching Connect DBS assets, ecosystem with various customer touchpoints to create strong, sustainable value proposition for DBS Innovate customer-centric solutions for capturing GBA opportunities with scalability Drive and implement the Future of Banking initiatives that aligned to the Bank's direction in becoming the Best Banking for a Better World (#BB3W)
Preferably with rich external partnership/merchant connection and experience in liaising with merchants/partners for business alignment and joint programs With knowledge of the latest payment trend in Hong Kong and GBA With knowledge of FPS, P2P, P2M, P2MQR functionality and payment technicalities would be a plus With hands on experience in project/product management and knowledge on end to end payment and acquiring business would be a plus Self-drive to connect with internal/external partners to develop payment ecosystem With ability to connect the dots and create value while achieving business objectives With ability to think strategically and deliver customer-centric solutions With ability to work effectively in a highly diverse team, to work with ambiguity and demonstrate passion to learn and be part of the Future of Banking Demonstrate excellent problem solving and analytical skills Good presentation skills and able to present complex idea in simple language Fast learner and able to work under stretched timeline Passionate in developing a career in the future of banking and have innovative mindset Learn fast, quick and be ready Knowledge in digital payments, merchant acquisition, data analytical skills Business administrations and any relevant qualifications
