Supports the implementation telehealth goals, objectives, and strategy through the management of smaller telehealth pilot projects.
Outlines project tasks and resource requirements. Develops implementation plans and executes project work plan. Establishes priorities based on importance and urgency related to the successful completion of projects.
Communicates across the organization and educates interested parties about the opportunities, benefits, financial savings, and impact of telehealth services.
Acts as liaison with the relevant work groups and clinical areas. Develops linkages between these areas.
Coordinates and supports the day to day activities of the program, including organizing meetings and conferences.
Facilitates the production of training materials, newsletters and other appropriate products generated by the project.
To qualify, you must have:
The knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Science, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of three to five years relevant experience.
Master's degree related field preferred, one year experience managing multiple highly complex projects and Project Management Professional Certification or other relevant certification.
1 year of telehealth experience required
Analytical skills to resolve complex problems requiring the use of scientific, mathematical, or technical principles and in depth, experienced based cross functional knowledge.
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems and situations quickly and effectively.
Ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies.
Knowledge of overall healthcare technology.
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in a manner that is collegial and as needed, empathetic in difficult situation.
