Oxbridge Academy is seeking a customer-service and detail-oriented, adaptable, and kind-hearted Admission Assistant to join the admission team and help the school achieve its enrollment goals. This is a full-time, 12-month position that reports to the Director of Admission. The Admission Assistant supports the daily operations of the admission office to ensure a smooth process, from inquiry through enrollment, for both internal and external audiences. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service to prospective students and families, coordinating and scheduling both on and off-campus events such as school visits, campus visits, interviews, and shadow days, managing the application management software, processing all applications and supporting documents, and assisting the admission team with other responsibilities as needed. The Admission Assistant will represent the school at various recruiting events as needed and effectively communicate the value of an Oxbridge education.

Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current families, in person, on the telephone, and via digital communication throughout the entire process, from inquiry through enrollment.
Coordinate and schedule various on and off-campus events including, but not limited to school visits, campus visits, interviews, shadow days, and other components of the admission process.
Manage the input and export of data into the admission database, including entry and tracking of inquiries, applications, scanning and indexing supporting documents, and applicant statuses using our application management system (Veracross).
Become familiar with other schools in the Palm Beach area and South Florida.
Participate in recruitment and admission programs and events, including campus visits, open houses, shadow visits, interview days, admitted student events and newly enrolled student and family events.
Assist admission team members with managing the student and parent ambassador program, including recruiting, selecting, and training parent and student tour guides.
Assist with the preparation and compilation of data for admission reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required.
Experience working with diverse communities required.
1 year of experience working in a school environment is preferred.
1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all federal and state laws regarding student and family information.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work, take direction, but also contribute ideas to the overall enrollment strategy and execution.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs and web-based software.
Proficient with student information systems and databases; possess the ability to learn new technology; experience with school/student information systems is a plus.
