The primary purpose of the Senior Manager of the Surveillance Change (SC) team within FCSU is to manage a seamless implementation of change initiatives facing FCSU
The secondary purpose of the Senior Manager of the SC team within FCSU is to manage the Analysts and Senior Analysts reporting to him/her and support the Associate Vice President in implementing changes
1. Support the Change Manager in managing the Change portfolio 2. Conduct impact analyses and present a comprehensive assessment across people, process & technology impacts 3. Support all aspects of a change including planning, resourcing, analysis, design, implementation, documentation, status reporting, risk management, change management and post implementation review. 4. Work closely with the functions and provide a clear view of project progress, resource and budget utilisation. 5. All change related documentation 6. Managing a seamless implementation of change 7. Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications 8. Integrate change management activities into project plan 9. Evaluate and ensure user readiness 10. Manage stakeholders 11. Track and report issues 12. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress 13. Support change management at the organizational level 14. Ensure that for new migrations, an appropriate Service Level Agreement exists between the country and the FCSU, which details the nature and level of service being provided to the country

Additional Specific Role Requirements:
Min 5 to 8 years of experience working in any of the following departments: o At least 8 years of working experience in Change Management role o Or leading large-scale transitions or change initiatives in a hub/spoke model
Knowledge on Financial Crime Compliance and banking: o Good understanding of banking products, related transactions and their inherent ML risks with a special focus on at least one of the following customer segments: Retail, Private Banking or Corporates o Demonstrates extensive knowledge on Change Management techniques and Impact Analyses o Understanding of the purpose of various legislations and recommendations from international regulatory bodies and possesses comprehensive knowledge on how this is translated into Group Policies & procedures o Has an in-depth understanding of the change processes and guides team members / colleagues on complex scenarios and decision making o Understands operational risks and controls
Other tools and techniques: PMP, Agile, Scrum Master certification
Behavioral: o Experience in team management and MIS preparation o Actively and consistently seeks relevant information to equip team members o Facilitate collaboration, networking and alignment within and across teams o Ability to get cross functional teams to work together o Ability to deepen relationships with stakeholders through active consultation o Re-evaluates current procedures and suggests improvements to ensure an effective, streamlined process
