Our business Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) team is part of the Global Compliance and Regulatory Management department which is responsible for the provision of compliance services to the Firm. The team covers both global and business-aligned functions supporting the firm's Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions programs.
Opportunity Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) is seeking a talented individual to join our EMEA Financial Crimes Practices team as the GFCC EMEA Regulatory Change Lead. The team is responsible for the successful execution of the Compliance Practices across EMEA GFCC, as well as consistency and awareness of standards and priorities across GFC. The team plays a critical role in identifying, reviewing and implementing financial crime related regulations across all lines of business in EMEA.
Represent the company at selected conferences and on projects involving external parties for AML such as AFME
Oversee the development of the AML strategy, including managing and maintaining the AML risk assessment
Planning for new legislation, including the development of AML policies, systems, practices and procedures.
Support the development, execution, and coordination of our internal/external communications strategy for AML related matters
Support GFCC Senior Management with drafting of key reports, such the annual MLRO report and MLRO Framework document
Facilitate, as needed, in the project management of GFC initiatives
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
