Our business Global Financial Crimes Compliance(GFCC) team is part of the Global Compliance and Regulatory Managementdepartment which is responsible for the provision of compliance services to theFirm. The team covers both global and business-aligned functionssupporting the firm's Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions programs.
Opportunity GlobalFinancial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) is seeking a talented individual to join ourEMEA Financial Crimes Practices team as the GFCC EMEA Governance &Reporting Lead. The team is responsible for the successful execution of theCompliance Practices across EMEA GFCC, as well as consistency and awareness ofstandards and priorities across GFC. Theteam also plays a critical role in key initiatives, senior management businesspresentations, governance of the program and the overall strategy for GFC,working closely with internal partners, including GFCC Advisory, Audit, Legaland Control Group.
Develop GFC presentations for SeniorManagement, including EMEA GFCC EOC presentations, regulatory, etc.
Manage and oversee the GFCC governancestructure, development of the agenda and reporting
Lead coordination of issue escalationthrough our governance structure (GFC and input into LOB/LE committees)
Support the development, execution,and coordination of our internal/external communications strategy for AMLrelated matters
Support GFCC Senior Management withdrafting of key reports, such the annual MLRO report
Ensure holistic and consistentapproach to key initiatives and reporting across the organization
Facilitate, as needed, in the projectmanagement of GFC initiatives
