Vice President, Anti-Corruption Compliance, Hong Kong

The APAC Anti-Corruption Compliance team is responsible for execution of the JPMorgan Anti-corruption program in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in anti-corruption compliance or have relevant experience in a related compliance, accounting, legal or business field. Specific Anti-Corruption experience is a definite advantage.
Key responsibilities will include:
Pre-clear anything of value provided by the Firm in particular circumstances (including gifts, business hospitality, sponsorships, charitable contributions, and offer of employments)
Manage onboarding and ongoing oversight of Third Party Intermediary engagements
Support transactional risk management, due diligence and advice
Provide advice and support to all lines of business on anti-corruption related matters
Partner with key control functions to implement and communicate program strategies and policy requirements
Support the management of policy violations and remediation efforts
Lead the development and delivery of employee training and communication
Assist with ad-hoc projects including internal control and process enhancement, investigation support, data analyses, case study research, etc.
Key skills and experience:
Min. of 8 years' experience in anti-corruption compliance or have relevant experience in a related compliance, accounting, legal or business field.
Familiarity with the US FCPA and UK Bribery Act
Experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Familiarity with the operations and structure of large global financial institutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Effective project management abilities
Candidates must be able to exercise good judgment and work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation.
Candidates must also have strong research and analytical skills; initiative; problem solving abilities; attention to detail; and able to work well in a team environment.
Ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin and read Chinese is an advantage
