Will work closely with a cross-functional Scrum development team to deliver valuable product enhancements and integrations. Understand and convey the business processes and problems to the Scrum team. This job represents the voice of the customer to elicit, understand, analyze, document, refine and communicate business needs, so that business and/or technical delivery teams can build effective solutions.1. Under limited supervision, define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (use cases).2. Assists in managing requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through: business value ROI, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.3. Build and leverage solid working relationships with business and product.4. Assist in the integration of programs across channels with internal partners and manages program effectiveness against target metrics.5. Utilize effective communication skills to surface essential requirements information.6. Define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (use cases).
The duties of this position include the design and deployment of the enterprise unified communication and collaboration strategy along with the evaluation and implementation of emerging video technologies with an emphasis on deploying cloud based architectures. Technologies supported include video conferencing, video on demand, digital signage, and satellite broadcast, Whiteboarding, and collaboration platforms. In addition this role provides consulting, user training, and support for Communication and collaboration technologies across all operating companies and all level of management.
Knowledge/Skills Considered a Plus:
Technical design, development, and implementation of communication and collaboration technologies to provide a state of the art experience for both internal and external FedEx users.
Design and implementation of collaboration technologies from network bandwidth analysis and user experience analysis.
Support all In-Scope Communication and Collaboration Technologies from design through implementation to meet user needs
Provide expert-level analysis, troubleshooting, and end-to-end support/resolution of Collaboration technology implementations
Video/Collaboration infrastructure/network design, implementation, support (both campus and field video), metrics, and user education/support.
Proactively identify enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and usability of Communication and Collaboration technologies. - Follow adopted methodologies and standards and ensure project adherence to standards and practices.
Maintain up-to-date business domain knowledge and technical skills in applicable technologies and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Two (2) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
