•Basic setup and operation of small to large-scale audiovisual systems in an academic environment. •The candidate will provide friendly and professional customer service to client onsite; setup and operate a variety of A/V equipment including cameras, PA speakers, microphones, mixers, projectors, laptops, switchers, scalers, digital recording devices, etc.; •Employees are also responsible for striking gear, transporting gear, unpacking and ensuring orderly storage of equipment at the completion of an event.•Experience with projection setup and laptop integration. •Experience with signal routing and signal flow. •Live audio production experience. Assuming multiple sources, (i.e. 16 channel mixer) balanced/unbalanced, indoor/outdoor, output distribution. •Excellent AV troubleshooting and problem solving skills. •General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Keynote, and PowerPoint on both PC and MAC platforms. •Ability to lift heavy objects. •Good Communication skills. Respond to emails or texts promptly. This is a seasonal part-time position with variable hours ranging from 4 - 30 hours per week.
