The Manager, CCV Service Center will be responsible for leading a new CCV user support organization for all research services. In addition, the position is responsible for enhancing and improving the new service center over time to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position also oversees the operational aspects of CCV including documentation, collaboration tools, website content, and facilities.
Bachelorâ™s degree preferred
3 - 5 years of experience in supporting researchers
Experience supporting use of cyberinfrastructure resources preferred
Experience with parallel computing architectures and software systems preferred
Proficiency with support of various research technologies, including GPFS, SLURM/Condor, cloud/national lab resources, etc.
Experience collaborating with university researchers to assist in matching requirements to existing services
Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform independent work and as a team member
Ability to lead a new user support team
Supervisory or lead experience required
Willingness and ability to support a diverse and inclusive environment.
Successful completion of a criminal background check and education verification.
