We are currently seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer (Endpoint). Main responsibilities include analysis, design, development, and 2nd/3rd level support of existing or new endpoint devices, systems infrastructure, systems and endpoint management solutions, and business services.
Additional responsibilities include:
Provides planning and design of systems infrastructure, architecture, and endpoints for new systems/technologies and enhancements to support business strategy.
Provides technical support of systems/infrastructure and endpoints to ensure operational excellence.
Provides administration and support of systems infrastructure and endpoints to ensure business and security needs are met.
Performs research and analysis of systems infrastructure and endpoint, technologies, tools, and architectures to meet current and future business requirements.
Lead/Primary administrator of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure for endpoint management.
Active Directory Group Policy design & administration
Design, implementation, and support automation workflows for deployment & base images of the Windows 10 workstation environment.
Design, implementation, and support of Windows 10 workstations running in a VMware Horizon View VDI environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field and 7+ years experience building and supporting technology infrastructure OR 2+ years post high school education or applicable training in a technology related field and 9+ years of experience building and supporting technology infrastructure.
Expert level knowledge of SCCM administration and configuration.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to provide customer support.
Be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
Proven project management and technical skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective work relationships.
