This position performs all aspects of maintaining the School of Pharmacy and Physician Assistant Studies academic enterprise data system. The position plays a critical role in managing essential information for accreditation of both programs (ACPE and ARC-PA), including student digital portfolios. Timely reporting and ability to organize and implement multiple types and sources of data are essential for meeting professional standards and regulations. This position also collects, manages and integrates data from the University-wide student information system. Exceptional organizational, record keeping, problem solving, analytical, computer and communication skills are essential to perform this job successfully. The position works collaboratively with all members of the school community through interactions with students, faculty, staff and administration, functioning under the direction of the Associate Dean. This position requires knowledge, skills and experience with data, data visualization and information management.
Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to)
Manages daily functioning of the Pharmacy & Physician Assistant Studies data and assessment systems.
Responds to requests for information regarding any of the data systems as needed and consults with
the Associate Dean with complex requests.
Organizes and maintains records in ExamSoft, eValue, PharmCAS, CASPA, AAMS, NABP, MS
SQL, RxPrep, and other information systems, and follows up on pending matters.
Generates, coordinates and maintains all data reports, assembles data and compiles statistical information including data visualization for presentations to faculty committees, administration, and other stakeholders as needed.
Manages student electronic Portfolio data collection and assessment.
Organizes workflow and initiates follow-up action and communications on behalf of the programs' internal stakeholders. Collects and disseminates information within and beyond the School
Uses appropriate technology to compose and produce professional correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and reports.
Creates a data collection and analysis calendar for reporting and prepares timely and accessible reports as needed.
Tracks and maintains student completion data for the Pharmacy P3 Longitudinal Outcomes Measures Assessments in e Value.
Provides data for accreditation reporting as needed
