As a member of our Project Execution team, you'll draw on your strengths managing people and processes to manage technology projects that typically span multiple lines of business and have firm-wide implications. You'll lead these projects from initiation through implementation, including: establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines; ensuring that relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place; and managing the project budget and resources. In addition to collaborating with your teammates, you'll communicate with stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes. While this role is rooted in project management, it's a terrific opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make lasting connections throughout JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The successful candidate will work on software engineering projects within Markets Technology (part of the Digital & Platform Services). You will work directly with our developers and Product Management teams to ensure that deliverables are on time and within budget. This role will assist the head of JPMM eXecute Technology in a number of 2019 business investments and beyond.
JPMM eXecute has a global development team of 50+ focused on providing technology solutions to solve our clients' needs. The team partners with the Global Markets Execution, Sales and Trading businesses and has responsibility for client-facing technology deliveries providing thousands of users with capabilities covering electronic trading, pre-trade analytics and post trade operations.
Your experience will help ensure on-time, in-budget delivery of high quality complex and mission critical solutions, both internally and to J.P.Morgan clients. You'll work alongside our team of technologists from around the world who are just as dedicated as you are.

Proven track record in a project management role
Experience delivering and executing comprehensive programme plans for high performance, scalable and resilient applications
Proven experience communication with both technical and business audiences
Financial planning acumen: experience developing and managing team and project budget plans
Familiarity with Project Management tools such as JIRA and Clarity PPM.
